Online Business Manager + Fractional HR Partner

for scaling businesses

for scaling businesses

This is high-level partnership for businesses that are ready to mature their operations, strengthen their leadership, and scale without burning out the person at the top.

LET'S WORK TOGETHER

I'VE SO GOT YOU!

I'VE SO GOT YOU! ✽

Hi, I'm Natasha!

Strategic partner. Calm operator. People-first leader.

With 15+ years in business and HR, I’ve seen what happens when growth outpaces structure, not from the outside looking in, but from inside leadership teams trying to hold it all together.

I’ve watched smart, capable leaders build strong teams that ultimately became dependent on them for everything.

The systems and tasks lived in their heads. Delegation still required review, rewrites, and reassurance. And the foundation simply wasn’t built to scale, as there was no one fully owning operations, people, priorities, and performance at the same time.

Sound familiar? Let’s work together & change that!

BEST FIT INDUSTRIES INCLUDE:

WHERE I'VE COME FROM:

I was the high achiever who refused to settle for “good enough.”

I always had big goals, working multiple jobs, balancing school, volunteering, family, basically doing all the things, all the time… and LOVING it. I graduated top of my class every year and even achieved the Silver Medalist award  in university, which, if I’m honest, felt pretty on brand.

You get the picture, total Type A perfectionist. If there was a standard, I exceeded it. I learned early that if I pushed hard enough, I could create the outcomes I wanted.

And that mindset carried me into corporate, where I worked my way up from co-op student to leadership, managing programs, building systems, elevating teams, and driving real results.

But behind the scenes, I was overworking, overdelivering, over-responsible, and feeling stuck inside a system that no longer seemed to fit.

A person with long reddish hair sitting at a desk using a keyboard and looking at a computer monitor displaying a digital planner titled 'Working Mom Life: Meals + Work + Mom Mode.' The desk has a keyboard, a computer mouse, and a small portable speaker. A small sign on the wall behind the desk reads, 'STAY PAW-SITIVE.'

I created autonomy for my team, but was still operating inside a more rigid structure.

Even small decisions required layers of review and approval, and I found myself navigating red tape that prioritized hierarchy over momentum. Ideas often stalled, decisions dragged, and progress slowed because of process, ego, or politics.

Year after year, it was the same cycle: budgets, bureaucracy, ladder-climbing, performing… without ever really asking what I actually wanted.

And like many people, I bought into it, the ol’  9–5, the pension, the benefits, the stability. For a long time, I honestly believed that was the only version of success.

everything.

BUT THEN A PLOT TWIST:

I became a mother and that changed…

 everything.

LET’S BE HONEST…

Becoming a mom is no joke.

It wasn’t that maternity leave gave me endless time to reflect… but it did shift my perspective and gave me space to really think about how my work-life had (or had not!) been serving me.

I started questioning why my worth was tied to performance ratings, and how long I could keep carrying so much inside systems that seemed designed to keep people small and compliant.

Why did success always have to mean more… more hours, more pressure, more proving?

And I realized something:

Working harder is not the same as building smarter.

A woman with long brown hair, smiling, wearing a beige sweater, standing next to various indoor plants including a succulent, ferns, and tall grasses, with a colorful abstract art piece on the wall in the background.
I STARTED TO SEE LIFE BEYOND THE CORPORATE WALLS.

I noticed brilliant founders, building incredible businesses who needed someone just like me!

Not because they weren’t already wildly successful, but because having a strategic partner with real business and HR depth could change everything for them.

Someone who could see the full picture and step in to hold the operational side of the business with them. Not just tasks, but systems, processes, tools, templates, team dynamics, priorities, and performance. A true sounding board and support partner who was excited to build alongside you.

I didn’t want to climb someone else’s ladder anymore.

I wanted to partner with ambitious founders and help them build businesses that felt sustainable and powerful behind the scenes.

That’s the work I do now. And I’m really, really good at it.

WORKING WITH ME FEELS LIKE EXHALING:

Not because we slow your growth but because we finally give it something solid to stand on.

You’ll have a partner who will:

A black background with a dark gray, symmetrical, asterisk-like shape in the center, resembling a stylized flower or starburst pattern.

Notice operational gaps before they become real problems.

Someone who’s thinking three steps ahead, protecting your time, your energy, and your team from unnecessary friction.

An abstract black and gray geometric pattern with petal-like shapes radiating from a central point.

Believe in your vision and build what it actually requires to scale.

I build the systems and structure that allows it to scale without everything depending on you.

Consider the bigger picture and the sustainability of your operations.

Your leadership, your capacity, your team dynamics, and your client experience. Strategy only works when it’s sustainable.

KIND WORDS

KIND WORDS ✽

A woman with light brown hair smiling outdoors in front of autumn trees with yellow leaves, wearing a brown floral dress.

“Natasha is more than support, she is a strategic partner, a steady presence, and someone who cheerleads and strengthens the businesses she works with.

I reached out to Natasha in a moment of full overwhelm. She stepped in and brought structure and stability to my business in just the way I needed. She created systems, responded quickly to my requests and needs, and was the proactive, steady force behind the scenes that kept everything moving forward.

Natasha didn’t just execute tasks - she held space to listen, helped me process ideas, and then took those conversations to strategize and streamline business plans.”

Business is serious, but I’m not.

A PEEK BEHIND THE SCREEN:

Business is serious

but, I’m not.

Here are some fun things to know about me…

A paper coffee cup with colorful doodles and text, sitting on a wooden table with a blurred Christmas tree with lights in the background.
A woman holding a young child in a hug, both smiling against a plain wall.
A person sitting outdoors holding a large green matcha latte from Starbucks with a label. The person wears jeans and tan shoes, and there is a parasol or umbrella stand nearby on a paved surface.
A woman with long hair working on a computer with a large monitor displaying a digital planning or productivity app. She is using a keyboard and mouse, seated at a desk with a laptop nearby. The desk has decorative items, including a sign that says "Even on my worst days I'm killing it" and a heart-shaped decor with a message to stay pawsitive.

A person's feet wearing black slide sandals with the word 'CROS' visible, standing on a sidewalk near a curb.

HERE’S WHAT MOST PEOPLE DON’T SAY OUT LOUD:

You can delegate and still be the bottleneck.

(But you’re not most people right?!)

LET'S BECOME PARTNERS:

If your business is successful but has outgrown its structure, systems, or internal clarity, you’re not alone.

I partner with purpose-driven CEOs to take ownership of operations and people leadership so growth no longer depends on you holding the entire business in your head.

My best-fit clients aren’t looking for “just support.” They’re ready for partnership.

They want less mental load and more foresight. Strategic thinking, not reactive problem-solving. Someone who can translate vision into execution without having to spell out every detail.

They want a business that feels steady, not fragile, when they step away.

Someone who sees patterns early, protects them from overcommitting, and strengthens the foundation before cracks turn into stress.

Most of all, they want a business that doesn’t rely on their constant presence.

That’s what I build.

If you’re ready for that level of partnership, you’re in the right place.
